What is your typical process for working with a new Client?
1) At our initial consultation, we get to know our Client(s) and their specific fitness goals, needs, aches/pains, and muscle emphases.
2) We provide our Client(s) information on our types of equipment and training methods we will use to help each individual reach their fitness goals.
3) We share our scheduling methods and package pricing.
4) Afterward, new Client(s) have an opportunity to ask and receive answers to any questions they may have.
5) We then schedule the Client(s) for an opportunity to utilize a complimentary introductory training session and schedule the Client(s) with routine weekly training times.
6) We work with the Client(s) to help them to achieve success by transforming their mind and body one session at a time!
